- Attendance sheet / अटेंडेंस शीट
- Attendance sheet should be signed by Chairperson.
- अटेंडेंस शीट पर चेयरपर्सन के हस्ताक्षर होने चाहिए।
- Minutes Of Meeting (MOM) / मिनट्स ऑफ़ मीटिंग
- Should have signature of candidates, Observer and Chairperson before uploading
- उम्मीदवारों , आब्जर्वर , चेयरपर्सन के हस्ताक्षर होने चाहिए
- Observer Report / आब्जर्वर रिपोर्ट
- Only signed copy of Observer reported should be uploaded.
- केवल हस्ताक्षर होने के बाद आब्जर्वर रिपोर्ट डाले।
- Election Notice / इलेक्शन नोटिस
- Election notice duly signed by Branch secretary
- ब्रांच सेक्रेटरी के हस्ताक्षर वाला इलेक्शन नोटिस डाले
